Love is the light

It is often said that love hurts. But the reality is that love is the only thing that makes the pain of everything else worthwhile. Loneliness hurts. Rejection hurts. Losing someone hurts. Having to pick up the pieces when someone walks away, that hurts. But love... love is the only thing capable of covering up the pain. Love is the only thing worth suffering through the pain for. Love is the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. It is what keeps us hoping against hope that someday our heart and soul will be filled with with it's wonderfulness!
