Quick "dessert" for all of the Fourth of July parties people seem to think we mother's actually have time to BAKE in preparation for!!!

You totally know what I mean. You are a woman, you're going to be asked to bring a dessert. Who wants to be the person who brings some pre-made something or another that raises the eyebrows of all of her significant other's family (oh wait, maybe this part is just me...) but also doesn't want to slave for 6 hours whipping up a cheesecake topped with sweet little strawberries and blueberries in a nice dandy flag design?! Well, here is the most simple, and delicious recipe ever... which EVERYONE will ask you to bring again and again to summertime events. I know, because everyone asks me to bring it again and again. ;)

Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

2 packages white chocolate instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
12 ounces of whipped topping
1 box chocolate graham crackers, squared

Layer the bottom of a 9X13 pan (or several smaller pans depending on what will fit into your freezer) with the halved chocolate graham crackers. Whip the pudding and milk together until smooth, then fold the whipped topping into the mixture. Once thoroughly mixed, place in the center of each individual cracker on the sheet and then press another cracker square over it. Freeze for around 3 hours!

Yes, that's really it. ;)
